We accept most major credit and debit cards through via our SagePay payment gateway which utilises the 3D Secure system for added security (Mastercard SecureCode / Verified by Visa).
Sometimes we may need to request additional identification before processing credit card orders and in certain circumstances we may reject orders that are not considered legitimate. Please refer to the fraud protection policy below.
Electronic funds transfer
If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer in £, you can still place your order online. Simply choose the 'Bank Transfer' option at the order checkout stage and you will be presented with our bank details. We can accept payment by BACS, CHAPS and International Funds Transfer direct to our bank account in Sterling GBP.
If you wish to pay in Euros or US Dollars then please contact us for a currency-converted invoice and bank account details.
Orders paid for by bank wire transfer are shipped immediately upon receipt and confirmation of irrevocably cleared funds in our account.
Fraud protection policy
Identity theft and credit card fraud is a serious problem to which we are all vulnerable.
Therefore, for our mutual protection all orders are subject to OneVideo's verification procedure.
You may be asked to verify that you are the cardholder or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), household bill or other form of identification.
Should your order be subject to verification you will be notified by telephone or email. (For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening telephone numbers, including country and city codes).
OneVideo reserve the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. In this event a refund will be issued via the same method used to make your payment.
