This plug-in enables the creation of 3D models from point clouds in Form-Z. The resulting models can be structured as polygonal entities or as NURBS surfaces.
Form-Z Point Cloud Plug-In requires one of the following products in order to work properly:
- auto.des.sys formZ 5.0
- auto.des.sys RenderZone 5.0
- auto.des.sys RadioZity 5.0
Please make sure that the required programs are properly installed before installing your copy of Form-Z Point Cloud Plug-In.
Deriving properly structured objects from arbitrary and unstructured collections of coordinate points as generated by 3D laser digitizers. These objects can be structured as polygonal entities or as NURBS surfaces, which can subsequently be manufactured by one of the CAM methods. This is reverse engineering of physical objects at its best.
